Happy Villa St Barth - Booking Terms

Reservation and booking procedure
We require a 30% deposit to confirm your reservation. We will hold your dates for five (5) days allowing you to process the payment.
The balance of 70% of the total is due 30 days prior to arrival or 60 days prior to arrival for a stay during the Christmas and New Year Eve period.
If your booking is within 30 days prior to your arrival date or within 60 days prior to your arrival date for a stay during the Christmas and NYE period, the total amount will be due at the time of booking.

Payment
Payments can be made by wire transfer or by credit cards
There is no additional cost for wire transfer, other than what your bank may charge you.
There is a 3,5% fee for credit cards payments.

Cancellation
Please note that all reservations are final. The deposited sums will not be refunded in case of cancellation. We strongly encourage our guests to obtain a trip insurance.

Maximum occupancy
The maximum occupancy is 2 guests per rooms. In most cases, small children and babies are exceptions. Feel free to ask us. Also we can supply baby cribs, cots, high chairs or extra beds for additional charges.

Villas Check-in / Check-out times
In each "Happy Villa" the usual check-in time is 3pm and the usual check-out time is 12pm. Contact us if you need to arrive earlier or leave later.
